Art at the Cathedral
Here is show information. As far as I know, I will have works shown.
Exhibition: “New Life, as Seen in Contrast”
On Display: April 14 — May 19, 2013
Art at the Cathedral, a gallery at Christ Church Cathedral in Lexington, Kentucky, calls for art responding to the theme “New Life, as Seen in Contrast.” The intent of the exhibition is to showcase artwork highlighting newness by exposing its opposite. Duality is alive in our universe in many forms and forces. This is perhaps never more obvious than during Easter with the theme of life and death, or good and evil, heaven and earth. As such, artists are encouraged to explore these ideas or other opposing forces that express new life by contrasting its opposite. Works may be submitted in any media, except photography. (There will be a photography exhibit in June 2013 sponsored by Creative Camera Club.)
Exhibit Period: Sunday April 14, 2013 — Sunday, May 19, 2013
Exhibit Open: Sunday April 14, 2013 (Gallery Hours: 10:00-3:30 Mon. to Fri.)
Gallery Hop Reception: Friday April 19, 2013 5:00--8:00 p.m.
I'll keep you posted if anything changes.

Dedicated to My brothers
In 1984, I was 11 and my brother Ralph was 16. I found my other brother Richard in his bedroom. He had epilepsy and passed at 17 of a Grand mal seizure.
My brother Ralph absorbed himself in school, and graduated at 17.
He went into the Marines, where he later joined the Army. He recently, retired at record speed, as a Major. Then thereafter spent time in Afghanistan as a Government Contractor, writing government contracts. Over the course of all these years he has received several degrees in Business, Marketing and more.
My life went different, but I believe I have come around and had the opportunity to impact people in one way or the other. I instead went to college and had children before going to college. I have owned two business, that if I would have had this system... I would still own them. At least the last one, which was a sign shop in Morristown, Tennessee. I do however implement my advanced skills from these business's today and now see where I could have done things differently. While owning these business, my brother was still in Iraq or Active Duty, and was not around to properly coach me.
He is available now, and I am Listening and this is why....
I can tell you, is that he's extremely educated, highly intelligent, works smart, and that is why I stand behind his Academy that I have posted all over my website. He stood for our Country proudly as he did his duties.
I tell you of my other brother Richard, for even though he was a year older than Ralph, he had good reason, even all those years ago, to admire Ralph, as he did, and would have been so proud to say he was his brother now if he could have. Just as I do today. Plus, I felt the need to show that Richard "has never been forgotten", publicly.

Target your Market
I have worked with several Real Estate Agents over the past few years. Going through their leads and sending Direct Mailers, and creating signage of all sorts.
Did you know a person will generally see something up to 6 times before they bite? So keeping leads on a monthly drip campaign will greater your chances in landing that sale.
Nothing I hate more, is to go to the Mail Box and see more trees wasted unless, I have been targeted, and that mailer has something that I want or need. Also how your mailer is designed and reaches your audiences curiosity . So targeting your market rather then sending out aimless wasted trees is the key. I have also noticed that what works in Tennessee does not work in Kentucky. So I continuously look for ideas and venture into ideas of others. What works for You? I would love to hear your ideas.
